Which airport should I fly into?
Travelers should fly into Tocumen International Airport (PTY) in Panama City. Recommended arrival and departure windows will be shared with registered travelers before airfare is purchased.
Is airfare included in the package price?
No. Roundtrip airfare to Panama City is not included. Tay Travel King will provide flight research assistance and recommended travel windows to help travelers select appropriate flights.
Are airport transfers included?
Yes. Roundtrip airport transfers between PTY and W Panama are included in the current package price. Final pickup timing and transportation instructions will be provided closer to departure.
Will the group travel from the airport together?
The goal is to coordinate travelers together whenever flight schedules, arrival times, and vehicle capacity allow. Final transfer arrangements will be confirmed before travel.
What hotel are we staying at?
The group will stay at the 5-star W Panama in Panama City.

How much is the deposit?
The deposit is $200 for Single Occupancy and $300 total for Double Occupancy.
When is the final payment due?
All remaining balances must be paid in full by March 14, 2027.
Can I make payments after the deposit?
Yes. Travelers may make additional payments toward their remaining balance at any time before the final payment deadline.
Is travel protection included?
Yes. Travel protection is included in the current package pricing. Coverage details, benefits, limitations, and exclusions are governed by the specific travel protection policy provided with the booking.
Are activities and excursions included?
Not unless specifically stated otherwise. The experiences shown on the landing page are currently being considered for the official itinerary. Pricing and booking instructions for selected activities will be shared separately as plans are finalized.
Do I have to participate in every activity?
No. This trip is designed to have structure without making travelers feel like they are running from reservation to reservation. Some experiences will be group highlights, while others may be optional. The final itinerary will clearly identify each activity.
Will every experience currently listed make the final itinerary?
Not necessarily. The current activity list represents the experiences being considered for Rhythm & Rooftops. Final selections will be based on timing, availability, group interest, and the overall flow of the trip.
Do I need a passport?
Yes. Travelers are responsible for having a valid passport and meeting all entry requirements that apply to them. Entry requirements can change, so Tay Travel King will provide general preparation guidance while each traveler remains responsible for verifying their individual requirements before departure.
Can I arrive before April 28 or stay after May 2?
Yes. Travelers may extend their stay before or after the hosted trip. Additional hotel nights, transportation, and other costs associated with an extended stay are separate from the group package and subject to availability.
What happens after I book?
Once your reservation and deposit are confirmed, you’ll receive ongoing Tay Travel King trip updates, preparation guidance, payment reminders, activity information, and access to the private group communication channel as we get closer to Panama.
