Role of Tay Travel King

Tay Travel King provides travel planning, booking support, itinerary guidance, travel recommendations, and coordination for various travel experiences, including solo trips, couples trips, family vacations, cruises, resort stays, destination weddings, honeymoons, celebration trips, group travel, hosted trips, tours, excursions, transportation, and other travel-related services.

Tay Travel King acts as an independent travel advisor and is not the direct supplier of flights, hotels, resorts, cruises, tours, excursions, transfers, travel insurance, or other travel services. All travel services are provided by third-party suppliers and are subject to their terms, conditions, availability, policies, and procedures.

Quotes, Availability & Pricing

All quotes, rates, room categories, cruise cabins, flight options, transfers, excursions, travel packages, promotions, and amenities are subject to availability and may change until a deposit or full payment is submitted and the booking is confirmed by the supplier. A quote does not guarantee pricing, availability, room type, cabin category, flight schedule, promotional offer, or travel package. Supplier pricing may change without notice.

Deposits, Payments & Final Balance

Deposits are required to secure most bookings and are typically non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the supplier. Payment schedules may be provided as a courtesy, but clients remain responsible for ensuring all payments are submitted on time. Final payment deadlines are firm. If payment is not received by the required deadline, the booking may be canceled, repriced, or subject to supplier penalties.

Payment Authorization

Clients may be required to complete a credit card authorization form before payments are processed. Payments are only processed once proper authorization has been submitted. Clients are responsible for ensuring payment information is accurate, available, and submitted before any payment deadline. Tay Travel King is not responsible for missed deadlines caused by incomplete forms, declined payments, expired cards, incorrect payment details, or delayed client response.

Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

All changes, cancellations, refunds, future travel credits, penalties, and fees are controlled by the supplier’s policies. Tay Travel King does not guarantee refunds, credits, upgrades, room changes, cabin changes, airline changes, name corrections, schedule adjustments, or supplier approvals. Any cancellation, change, or revision may result in fees, penalties, fare increases, supplier charges, or loss of funds depending on the supplier’s terms.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers. Travel protection may help cover certain cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, baggage issues, interruptions, and other covered events. Insurance coverage, claims, refunds, and approvals are determined by the insurance provider, not Tay Travel King. Clients who decline travel insurance understand that they may have limited or no refund or credit options if plans change.

Travel Documents & Entry Requirements

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, government-issued identification, visas, vaccination documents, cruise documents, travel authorizations, and any other entry requirements needed for their destination or travel experience. Passport and identification names must match booking names exactly. Tay Travel King is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, expired documents, missing travel authorizations, cruise embarkation denial, or incorrect traveler information provided by the client.

Client Information Accuracy

Clients are responsible for providing accurate legal names, dates of birth, contact information, passport details, traveler preferences, rooming lists, cruise guest information, emergency contacts, and all other required booking information. Errors may result in fees, denied boarding, cancellation, supplier penalties, or delays. Any costs associated with corrections are the responsibility of the client.

Solo, Couples, Family & Group Travel

Tay Travel King assists with various travel styles, including solo travel, couples trips, family vacations, destination weddings, honeymoons, cruises, celebration trips, and group travel. Each traveler is responsible for reviewing their booking details, travel documents, payment deadlines, supplier rules, and destination requirements.

For group trips, hosted trips, family groups, wedding groups, or shared travel experiences, clients are expected to communicate respectfully, meet deadlines, and understand that each traveler may have individual responsibilities, payment timelines, cancellation penalties, and travel requirements.

Group Travel Conduct

Clients participating in group trips, hosted trips, destination events, wedding groups, family groups, cruise groups, or shared travel experiences are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly. Tay Travel King reserves the right to remove or separate any traveler whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, disrespectful, illegal, damaging, or harmful to the group experience.

Clients are responsible for their own actions, damages, missed transfers, denied boarding, legal issues, resort violations, cruise line violations, hotel damages, excursion issues, and any expenses resulting from misconduct, removal, or failure to follow supplier rules.

Cruises

Cruise bookings are subject to the cruise line’s terms, conditions, payment deadlines, cancellation penalties, identification requirements, embarkation rules, onboard conduct policies, port changes, itinerary changes, and documentation requirements. Cruise itineraries, ports of call, dining times, cabin assignments, onboard activities, and sailing schedules may change at the discretion of the cruise line. Tay Travel King is not responsible for cruise line changes, missed embarkation, denied boarding, port cancellations, sea conditions, weather, or onboard policy enforcement.

Flights, Transfers & Transportation

Flight schedules, airline policies, seat assignments, baggage fees, delays, cancellations, missed connections, and schedule changes are controlled by the airline. Transfers, shuttles, private transportation, rideshare services, and excursion transportation are controlled by the transportation provider. Tay Travel King is not responsible for airline disruptions, transfer delays, missed flights, missed transfers, baggage issues, or transportation provider service changes.

Tours, Excursions & Activities

Tours, excursions, attractions, activities, and event tickets are subject to the provider’s terms, availability, cancellation rules, weather policies, safety requirements, and participation restrictions. Clients are responsible for reviewing activity details, physical requirements, age limits, pickup times, meeting points, and safety rules. Tay Travel King is not responsible for missed activities, weather cancellations, provider changes, injury, denied participation, or failure to follow activity instructions.

Supplier Responsibility

Hotels, resorts, airlines, cruise lines, tour operators, transfer companies, excursion providers, insurance companies, and other suppliers operate independently from Tay Travel King. Tay Travel King is not responsible for supplier delays, cancellations, schedule changes, service issues, overbookings, weather disruptions, strikes, natural disasters, government actions, lost luggage, illness, injuries, accidents, or other events outside of Tay Travel King’s control.

Itinerary Changes

Travel itineraries, schedules, activities, restaurants, excursions, transportation times, cruise ports, flight times, hotel assignments, and group plans may change due to availability, supplier updates, weather, safety, timing, destination conditions, or other operational needs. Tay Travel King will make reasonable efforts to communicate important updates, but clients are responsible for reviewing messages, emails, itineraries, supplier notices, and group chat announcements.

Photo & Video Consent

By participating in Tay Travel King group trips, hosted experiences, events, destination weddings, shared activities, or group travel experiences, clients understand that photos and videos may be taken for memories, marketing, social media, promotional content, or recap materials. Clients who do not wish to appear in photos or videos should notify Tay Travel King in writing before travel begins.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By submitting payment, clients agree that they understand the supplier’s terms and Tay Travel King’s role as a travel advisor. Clients agree not to file fraudulent or improper chargebacks for valid travel charges, supplier penalties, non-refundable deposits, completed services, planning fees, or payments authorized by the client. Any chargeback or payment dispute may result in cancellation of travel services and additional fees.

Limitation of Liability

Tay Travel King is not liable for losses, injuries, damages, delays, cancellations, missed connections, denied boarding, supplier errors, traveler misconduct, weather events, government restrictions, medical emergencies, or other circumstances outside of its direct control. Clients agree to hold Tay Travel King harmless from claims related to supplier services, travel disruptions, personal decisions, documentation issues, or failure to follow travel requirements.

Updates to Terms

Tay Travel King may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version posted on this website will apply to all future inquiries, bookings, payments, and travel services.

By booking with Tay Travel King, submitting a travel inquiry, making a payment, joining a trip, or participating in any travel experience planned through Tay Travel King, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
