4. No Refunds All sales are final. I do not offer refunds for any bookings or services. Please review all details and ensure your plans are finalized before making a purchase. Any exceptions to this policy will be at my sole discretion and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Deposits and Proposals Proposals provided by Tay King Travel are not guaranteed until a deposit is made. Availability and pricing of travel services are subject to change and can only be confirmed with a deposit. Once the deposit is received, I will confirm your booking and secure your travel arrangements.

6. Booking and Payment Terms

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full by the specified due date.
• Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit.

7. Changes and Cancellations Any changes to confirmed bookings may be subject to additional fees and are subject to availability. Cancellations made after the deposit is received will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and may incur additional penalties from travel suppliers.

8. Travel Documentation It is the responsibility of the client to ensure they have valid travel documentation, including passports, visas, and any other required documents. Tay Travel King is not responsible for any issues arising from improper or insufficient travel documentation.

9. Travel Insurance I strongly recommend that clients purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may affect their travel plans. Travel insurance can provide coverage for trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and more.

10. Limitation of Liability Tay Travel King acts as an intermediary between you and travel service providers. I am not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss incurred during travel. My liability is limited to the fees paid to me for my services.

11. Compliance with Arizona State Laws I comply with all regulations and guidelines for selling travel services in the state of Arizona. Clients are encouraged to familiarize themselves with relevant state and federal travel laws.

12. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Arizona. Any disputes arising from the use of my services will be resolved in the courts of Arizona.

13. Amendments I reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on my website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
